6) Do I need to commit to multiple sessions per week?

No, all sessions will be considered as individual appointments, however the frequency and plan of care should be determined within the first or 2nd time we meet. For your best outcomes, consistency and repetitive practice and learning brings you the most success. If 60 days goes by with no contact, I will assume you are better or that you gave up too early. Keep in touch!!

8) Do you have PPE?

Yes, I can arrive full on Hazmat or any variation thereof, if you prefer. However I am fully vaccinated and also had Covid, as did members of my family. We can meet outside, remain 6 ft apart or better yet, let's start with Telehealth session until you feel more comfortable.
