The initial evaluation will include a review of current and past medical history, surgical history, current medication, and an assessment of the specific issue that brought you to physical therapy. The following may or may not be indicated depending on the problem or issues that are involved: gait analysis, balance testing, muscle strength and range of motion assessments, flexibility, and review of radiographic findings. Additional movements and functional testing may also be indicated depending on the complexity of the diagnosis.

From there our treatment can begin as per our goals (created together) to determine what is realistic and what is achievable. Treatment sessions will be based on your level of physical output, how much the muscles and joints and tailored for what your own system can handle.

TOGETHER WE MOVE FORWARD REACHING GOALS AND DETERMINING A TREATMENT PLAN.

We use telehealth, video chatting and the use of technology to administer Physical Therapy and intervene to assist in pre and post surgery, injury recovery, rehabilitation, exercise science and maintenance programs.
