You don’t need a gym to get fit. Performing body weight exercises at home may be just the thing you need.

A proper warm up of 5-7 minutes will get you motivated to start your new exercise routine.  

A good warm-up elevates the heart rate and get the muscles ready for your workout. 

A warm-up includes but not limited to jump roping, jogging, walking, heel raises, high knees, going up and down a few flights of stairs, get on a stationary bike, the list is endless.

Body weight exercises are the easiest way to begin since you don't need equipment or objects: These include but are not limited to: crunch, planks, push-up, step up, squats, bridges, wall slides, lunges in all directions, calf raises/toe raises
